RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All reservations must be made in writing form via e-mail – firstname.lastname@example.org
Reservation will be confirmed after receiving the advance payment in the amount of 30% of total sum via bank transfer.
The rest must be paid upon arrival.
We accept only cash payments.
Our guests will receive the bill at check-out.
All changes must be sent in writing form via e-mail.
If a cancellation is received in writing 14 days before the day of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and a full refund will be returned.
If the booking is cancelled 13 days in advance, you will not be refunded.
Early departures are considered a cancellation.
